I am attempting to lose weight and improve my health and fitness through sensible balanced eating, calorie counting, and increasing my exercise. I have also taken up running following surgery for Compartment Syndrome.
I am also very interested in various techniques and tricks regarding overcoming the mental obstacles to weight loss, including affirmations, meditation and cognitive therapy. I’ve been researching these and am trying to put them into practice as best I can.
