It hasn’t been a great week. My eating has been OK, not stellar I must admit, I’ve had a few off-plan choccies. But mostly I’ve stuck to the plan.
I’ve also resisted cravings quite a few times when I would have given in before, so that totally deserves credit! I’ve worked hard on my self talk and I’ve spent some time working on my script for weight loss - sayings I use when I’m tempted.
But my exercise this week has been abysmal - to be honest. I haven’t done any. I simply couldn’t motivate myself to do it.
But at the end of the day, the weight loss fairy did visit this week - and she took away 0.4kgs with her. Which just goes to prove that it really is all about diet for me.
