This week according to my Sunday Morning weigh in I lost 1.2kgs!! This is fantastic, and hopefully will carry through to my weigh in at the gym this week, as the PT who weighs me in has been unimpressed with my results lately - which have kind of stalled. I have had a very good weekend so far, (my usual downfall) and plan to continue that this afternoon, so there shouldn’t be any problem.
This brings my weight down to 73.2kgs. I am now very close to my next goal of below 72kgs, which is the weight I was when I came back from the UK. After that my next goal will be below 70 - I haven’t been a 60’s girl for years and years, so that will be exciting!
