I did C25k week 6 day three today. That’s a 25 MINUTE RUN people!! I was so proud of myself, I almost did a little woohoo dance in the middle of the gym. But that would have been silly so I just did it in my head.
At the start of the run I was pretty sure I woudn’t make it, I kept telling myself that I could stop if I really needed to. But about halfway in I got into my stride, and when the prompt on my mp3 said I was done, I was actually surprised! I maybe could have even gone further.
Feels good to be thinking of myself as a runner.
