My motivation, especially with my food, is very high at the moment. I have stuck to my plan quite religiously since Sunday. I expect good results on Sunday’s weigh in! This is for a few reasons - the heat is reducing my appetite, the usual start-of-the-year high, and renewed energy following the holiday period where I took a bit of a break from being disciplined.
I did skip the gym this morning, and will probably not exercise today. I am finding the heat has taken all my energy as I am not sleeping too well. So this morning I just dedcided that it’s not the end of the world if I skip a day, I will do an extra session on the weekend, and the extra couple of hours sleep did me good.
