On wednesday I ran the C25K day 2 program for the first time, on the path near my house. I had done day 1 on monday and found it quite easy, after many weeks of being stuck on week 4.
This morning I did day 2 agin on the treadmill, and again found it reasonably easy. 2 eight minute runs, with a 5 minute walk in between. I was surprised how well i got through it!
But the idea of day 3, which is a whole 20 minute straight run with no walking, is a bit scary!! I think I’ll do day 2 on the path a few more time, and add some hills on the treadmill, until I’m feeling brave enough to give it a try!
